This year Summerfest celebrates its 50th anniversary! They have been providing Milwaukee with musical fun and world-wide recognition for being “The World’s Largest Music Festival” since before man touched down on the moon.
To celebrate this achievement, we put together a collection of the Top 50 Songs About Roads! From Adele to ZZ Top we got all the hits made for long drives down smooth pavement. We even added a section for songs by artists coming to this year’s Summerfest.
You can get in on the fun by entering our 50 Road Song contest! By going to our Facebook page and commenting the name of a song about roads on our contest post, you could win Summerfest tickets.
Rules:
Contest runs from 6/15/17 - 6/20/17. Must be 18 or older to enter. Must be from Wisconsin, no out of state entries. One entry per family, per day. Title of song must reference or contain a variation of road, highway, street, pavement, etc., in the title. All participants names will be put in a random drawing. 5 winners will be selected and notified by 6/21 via Facebook private messenger. Tickets will be mailed to the address provided by the winner; ticket pick-up is not permitted. Wolf Paving is not responsible for lost mail. Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different prize. Once all winners have been verified, a congratulations post will list the winners on the Wolf Paving profile page.
